The Association of Hungarian Mortgage Banks was formed on 25. February 2003 by the three Mortgage Banks registered in Hungary, i.e. the FHB Land Credit and Mortgage Bank Ltd., the HVB Mortgage Bank Ltd., the OTP Mortgage Bank Ltd. and seven natural persons. The main purpose of the Association is the revealing and the promotion of the common interest of the Mortgage Bank members as well as the representation of these interests before the supervisory and legislative authorities and other state agencies.
