HUF issue programme

UniCredit Jelzálogbank ensures funds by issuing mortgage bonds. Issue of mortgage bonds is performed in the framework of a so-called ’Program’ (e.g. Mortgage Bond Program of HUF 50 billion). There are several possible forms of issues.
In case of a private placement, mortgage bonds are sold to a specific group of investors. Jelzálogbank's public placements are performed typically in the framework of an issue program, in the course of which the principal conditions for issuing mortgage bonds are set out in the Base Prospectus. Primarily the long-term, publicly issued mortgage bonds are listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
